OSM IRIS continually seek to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes of the organization, rather than wait for a problem to reveal opportunities for improvement. Improvements can range from small-step ongoing continual improvement to strategic breakthrough improvement projects.
This system is a part of ongoing and continuous improvement of our processes and shall be used to record, determine root causes, and analyze non-conformities, customer complaints, suggestions for improvement and deviations from any routine in our system or customer requirements. Based on this we will be able to identify necessary corrective actions or to prevent non-conformities to recur and identify corrective actions. The system is also used to record third party- , second party-, and internal audits thus helping us to us to analyze the results in an efficient way and use the result as a part in our continuous improvement work.
Top management have identified certain people in the organization with the authority and responsibility to start a report in this system covering the above mentioned areas for reports.
